‘Will Send You To Jail…’: After Kejriwal’s Arrest, AAP Leader Saurabh Bharadwaj Gets Court Warning

Delhi High Court rebuked city’s health minister Saurabh Bharadwaj for not complying with judicial orders over regulating the unauthorised pathological laboratories and diagnostic centres. The High Court warned Bharadwaj and the health secretary Deepak Kumar to send them to jail if they don’t get their act together. A 2018 plea alleged that some 20,000-25,000 pathological labs in Delhi-NCR were unauthorised and were functioning with unqualified technicians who were handing incorrect reports to patients.
