Kabul bleeds as terrorist disguised as student blows self in exam centre

A suicide bomber struck an education center in Kabul on Friday, killing 19 people & injuring 27, including teenagers taking practice entry exams for university. The explosion took place in Dashti Barchi area - populated mostly by Hazaras minority community. The Islamic State group has carried out horrific attacks on schools, hospitals and mosques in Dashti Barchi and other Shiite areas in recent years.
