Modi, Putin, Biden send messages for India's 'friend' & Israel new PM Netanyahu

PM Narendra Modi, Russian President Vladimir Putin, his Ukrainian and U.S. counterparts - Volodymyr Zelensky and Joe Biden - were among the first few global leaders to congratulate Benjamin Netanyahu on his return as Israel's PM. Narendra Modi congratulated India's 'friend' and said he looked forward to strengthen the strategic ties between the two countries. While Putin gave a message to Netanyahu, Zelensky made an indirect appeal amid the Russia-Ukraine war. Watch this video for more information.
