Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu met with his Cuban counterpart Alvaro Lopez Miera in Moscow on Tuesday. Calling Havana Moscow's greatest ally, Shoigu said that Russia is ready to help Cuba, which has faced more than 60 years of trade and economic blockade by the United States.
