‘Stop demonising us,’ China plays victim as U.S calls out Chinese aggression

Top diplomats of United States and China held a rare, face-to-face meeting in Chinese city of Tianjin. The meeting was attended by U.S deputy secretary of state Wendy Sherman Chinese vice foreign minister Xie Feng. On the occasion, China accused the United States of demonising it and slammed the Biden administration for calling out Chinese actions in Xinjiang, Hong Kong and Tibet at the meeting.
