Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump and his democratic rival Kamala Harris had a heated faceoff over abortion rights in the first televised debate in Philadelphia on September 10. Trump accused the Democrats of being radicals who find abortion in the ninth month was alright. He claimed the Democrats supported abortions after birth. Kamala, on the other hand, accused Trump of lying over efforts to end federal protections for abortion and called his policies on reproductive rights “insulting to the women of America.”
