Bhutan denies the presence of ULFA cadres

Lyonpo Uygen Tshering, Bhutan's foreign minister, on Friday denied the presence of United Liberation Front of Assam cadres, an Indian rebel group, in Bhutan. He denied this while speaking to reporters on the sidelines of the signing of MoU, the Nehru-Wangchuk scholarship, between India and Bhutan.
