Gunman storms immigration centre, 13 killed

At least 13 people were killed and four seriously injured on Friday when a suspected Asian gunman, who was among the dead, armed with a high-powered rifle stormed the American Civic Center, an immigration services office, at Binghamton in New York opened fire.
