The Prime Ministers of nuclear-armed rivals Pakistan and India have decided to resume the dialogue process that was suspended after the Mumbai attack in 2008. Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi disclosed this at a press conference in Thimphu, the capital city of Bhutan. He mentioned that the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and his Pakistani counterpart Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani had 'very positive talks' on the sidelines of the sixteenth South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) hosted at Thimphu and which concluded on Thursday.
