Polluted water choked with rubbish is a reality that the Cambodian capital is dealing with. Drone footage has captured the severity of the situation. The black, polluted waterways are choked with rubbish so severely that large sections are completely covered with waste from shore to shore. The canal also exudes strong odours because of the waste accumulation.
