Ukraine has appointed ex-commander-in-chief Valerii Zaluzhnyi as envoy to the UK. Ukrainian president exuded confidence that this will benefit Kyiv's relations with London. The Ukrainian foreign ministry said it has already informed UK & has requested approval. The Ukraine FM reportedly said Zelensky had long sought a suitable candidate for the position.
