Could Clavicular be jailed for shooting alligator on livestream? Florida AG issues strong warning
Clavicular, a Kick streamer, is under investigation for shooting an alligator in the Everglades during a live stream.
Kick streamer Clavicular is in big trouble for shooting an alligator. He filmed the act during a live stream in the Everglades.

A video shows him pulling a gun on the wild animal. The Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission is now looking into this.
What happened
The group was traveling through the swamp when they saw the gator. One friend asked the streamer if he could kill the animal.
Clavicular did not wait for an answer before pulling his gun. The loud noise hurt the ears of the other people present.
Nobody on the airboat had time to put on their headphones.
State Attorney General warns of serious prison time
Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier spoke out about the viral clip. He said they have the video and are checking every detail.
This act is a serious felony offense in the state of Florida. "You cannot just go out and shoot animals here," Uthmeier said.
Hunting alligators requires a special permit from the state authorities. There are proper ways to hunt gators if you have permission. Uthmeier said the state will prosecute this case to the fullest.
The attorney general called the stream imagery very careless and cocky. "This was so stupid it might put him behind bars," he warned. Shooting an alligator without a permit is a third-degree felony.
Legal trouble grows for the controversial Kick streamer
The streamer could face five years in a state prison cell. “If you do the crime, you do the time; we prosecute to the fullest,” Uthmeier added.
The state will not give special treatment to any online influencer. "Do dumb things and you should expect to get serious results." Clavicular also fired shots at a drone during the same stream.
Shooting a gun in public is a separate crime in Florida. He could face another year in jail for the gun discharge. Police already arrested him for a different battery charge that night.
More charges are expected as the wildlife investigation moves forward now.
The streamer's actions have caused a lot of anger across Florida. Many people are calling for the streamer to be banned forever.
