KJ Biermann, the 15-year-old son of The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak and former NFL player Kroy Biermann, was arrested in Georgia for allegedly assaulting a female classmate in a gym changing area.
The alleged assault KJ Biermann is accused of took place on April 23 at Lifetime Fitness gym in Alpharetta, Georgia, Page Six reported, citing Fulton County Juvenile Court papers. However, KJ Biermann is a public figure having appeared alongside Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann in the TV show about their family, Don’t Be Tardy (2012-2020). Who Are Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann's Six Children?
Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann had been married for nearly 12 years. Four of her children are with Kroy Biermann - three sons and a daughter. She has two more children, a daughter from her marriage to Daniel Toce and another daughter from a previous relationship with John MacDougald.
Brielle Biermann, the daughter with John MacDougald, was born in 1997 and is Kim Zolciak's firstborn. Brielle is a socialite and influencer with over a million followers across social media.
She was married to Daniel Toce from May 5, 2001 to February 11, 2023. The two had a daughter born in 2001, Kim's second, named Ariana Biermann. Ariana is a relatively well-known Georgia-based fashion designer.
Her marriage to Kroy Biermann was the longest in her life, so far. The two have four children: son Kroy Jagger “KJ” Biermann who was born in 2011; son Kash Kade Biermann, born in 2012; daughter Kaia Rose Biermann and Kane Ren Biermann are twins born in 2013.

What Are The Allegations Against KJ Biermann?
Kroy Biermann was arrested for aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery. According to the court documents cited by Page Six, KJ allegedly forced himself on the victim without her consent. He also allegedly attempted “multiple times to have sexual intercourse with her by trying to pull down her pants.” He is also accused of forcing oral sex and digitally penetrating her.
The victim, 15 at the time of the assault, has been described as KJ's girlfriend's "best friend." However, when the victim was examined on April 24, the next day, no DNA evidence was found. The probe started in May, followed by KJ's arrest.
