The Minneapolis Fire Department announced a media briefing in 30 minutes as crews responded to the blaze.

Two firefighters injured as roofs collapse
According to Bring Me The News, two firefighters suffered minor burns and exhaustion while battling the three-alarm fire at two commercial buildings at 1300 and 1308 East Franklin Avenue in south Minneapolis on Sunday.

Assistant Fire Chief Melanie Rucker said both were taken to a local hospital and were in stable condition.
The blaze caused parts of the roofs to collapse, with around 50 to 60 firefighters responding as crews worked to stop the fire from spreading to nearby buildings.
