Rana says that Tom Hanks is a Legendary actor and he learnt a lot while dubbing for the legendary actor.

Speaking about the experience, Rana says, “Tom Hanks is a legendary actor, and to be part of his legacy in this way made for an exciting partnership. I will be able to look back and feel proud of having memorable characters like Bhallaladeva and Robert Langdon to my credit in the same year.”

Apparently, Rana decided to dub for the film after he saw a special cut, despite his busy schedule for the film’s sequel. “As an actor, I learnt a lot while dubbing for an actor of Tom Hanks’ calibre. I did a small exercise… I got myself recorded while [I was] dubbing; this helped me in my performance. It was almost like getting trained by someone like Tom Hanks,” says Rana.

When asked what he thinks of the growing trend of Indian voice-overs, Rana says, “A great story should reach many people. By dubbing for a Hollywood film, you can increase viewership and create a local connect. I want to dub for more films in the future.”
