Producer Ratan Jain is in a sort of dilemma. He wanted to shoot a promotional video for his soon to release thriller, Tezz, starring Ajay Devgn and Kangana Ranaut. But sadly, that didn’t happen. Now the maker is wondering if he should use the hot Mallika Sherawat item song Laila O Laila… to catch the fancy of the audiences or cajole Ajay and wait for him to spare some time.

The actors had shot a romantic song for the film which Jain wanted to remix and shoot as a promotional video to create some buzz. The ever so busy Ajay even dished out two days for the shoot but he fell ill on D-day, leaving Jain stuck.

Says Ratan Jain, “We are also planning to shoot a video of the romantic song called Tere Bina… It is sad that Ajay couldn’t shoot though he had given us two days.

His health comes first. I’m not worried as I think he will be able to shoot before the release. Even if he can’t, we will be fine as it wasn’t a necessity.” They have three other ‘smashing’ numbers from the film, he adds, but a promotional video always makes a difference.
