On expansion plans
The way we follow is concentration in some places. We cover 230 odd centres but the top 10-12 cities will have higher concentration.
On challenges in commercial banking
One of our biggest challenge is people. It is very difficult to attract and retain talent. We have 10,000 people in banking and will add a net of 2,500 per annum.
