DDA issues revised allotment letters under Karmayogi Awaas Yojana

DDA issues revised demand letters for Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025, excluding parking costs. Flats offered at 25% discount, available until March 2026.

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) on Monday said revised demand-cum-allotment letters (DALs) have been issued for the Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025 after exclusion of parking area cost.

DDA Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025 offers a limited time opportunity for serving and retired employees of central and state governments, public sector undertakings, public sector banks, local bodies, autonomous bodies and government universities to own homes in a planned residential environment.

The scheme provides flats at 25% discount across all categories, allows ownership of other properties without restriction, and follows a first come, first served basis. The sale of 1 BHK, 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats located in Pocket 9, Sector A1-A4, Narela, is being carried out through an online process on DDA’s awaas portal.

“DALs have been issued. The parking area cost has been excluded as per office order dated February 12. There is no change in the payment timeline. Allottees must complete payment within the stipulated time to avoid interest charges,” DDA said in a post on X.

The scheme will remain open till March 31, 2026.
