Edinburgh univ opens Mumbai office, to launch new course
The University of Edinburgh opened a new liaison office in Mumbai on February 14 to simplify communication and collaboration between its partners in Indian education, business and government. It is also launching a new course to train students to aid in India’s development, supported by a new programme of scholarships dedicated to students from India who are studying for an Edinburgh masters degree. Professor Sir Timothy O’Shea, Principal of the University, said: “I am proud to announce the opening of this India office. The University is committed to working with Indian partners, institutions.”
