EXCLUSIVE! Rukhsar Rehman and Faruk Kabir’s marriage hits rock bottom, couple heads for divorce
Actor Rukhsar Rehman and Producer-director Faruk Kabir have decided to end their marriage after 13 years, informs a source.
Actor Rukhsar Rehman and director-producer Faruk Kabir, who tied the knot in 2010, are going through a rough patch and their marriage has hit rock bottom, we have exclusively learned.
A source informs us, “The two have been dealing with a lot of problems for the past few months and could not resolve the differences amicably despite several discussions. Hence, they have now involved families and are heading for divorce. Their family members are well aware of their decision. In fact, they have officially met to discuss the same.”
As for the reason, the source says, “It’s unknown and there are several speculations around it including infidelity, but it won’t be right to comment on it because nothing is clarified yet.”
We are further told that Rehman is looking for more work. “Her daughter is busy with her own career and hence she also wants to focus on hers. She has been keeping a low profile since last few years but is a very strong woman always trying to grow,” says the source.
For the unversed, Rehman was earlier married to Asad Ahmed and has a daughter Aisha Ahmed, who is also an actor. Their marriage could not work out and they finally parted ways.
We tried contacting Rukhsar Rehman and Faruk Kabir but was not met with a response till the time the story was published.
Rehman made her Bollywood debut with Deepak Anand’s Yaad Rakhegi Duniya opposite Aditya Pancholi. She was also seen in films like PK, God Tussi Great Ho and Khuda Hafiz 2.
