Alia Bhatt arrived in a silver saree for the launch of the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre in Mumbai on Friday. Her parents and sister Shaheen also attended.

Alia Bhatt showed up in a dazzling silver saree for the grand launch of the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre in Mumbai on Friday. She was accompanied by her parents, director Mahesh Bhatt and actor Soni Razdan, and her older sister Shaheen Bhatt, for the red carpet. Several Indian and international celebrities are expected to attend the inauguration of the arts and cultural centre being backed by Nita Ambani. Hollywood stars Tom Holland and Zendaya arrived earlier in the city, followed by Priyanka Chopra, who brought her daughter Malti Marie Jones to India for the first time. Her husband Nick Jonas was also with them.

On Friday, Alia Bhatt shared pictures of her outfit for the launch of the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre in Mumbai.

Alia posted the pictures of her silver saree with a simple disco ball emoji on Instagram. The photos showed off the off-the-shoulder blouse accompanied by a choker and diamond earrings with the sheer silver saree. She was also wearing a diamond cuff bracelet on her right arm. Her hair was tied up in a bun.

Producer Rhea Kapoor commented, "Movie starrrrrrrr," while Mrunal Thakur simply dropped a heart eyes emoji on her post. One fan said in the comments section, "INSANELY BEAUTIFUL WOMAN." Another simply wrote, "Dead!"

The whole Bhatt family posed together on the red carpet before they went inside. Mahesh was dressed in all black, while her mother Soni was wearing a gray saree. Shaheen wore a long-sleeved lime green gown.

Alia recently celebrated her 30th birthday in London, England with her friends and family. Her husband, actor Ranbir Kapoor, Soni and Shaheen helped bring in the actor's birthday last week. She returned to Mumbai earlier this week.

In July, Alia will reunite with Karan Johar for his next film Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahaani. The actor had made her debut in Karan's Student Of The Year (2012) with Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra. She will be seen opposite Ranveer Singh in Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahaani. Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi are also part of the cast.

The actor is also expected to begin shooting for Farhan Akhtar's Jee Le Zaara with Priyanka Chopra and Katrina Kaif. She will also make her Hollywood debut in August with the Netflix film Heart of Stone starring Gal Gadot.
