Vatsal Sheth and Ishita Dutta visited the North Bombay Durga Puja a couple of times but Monday evening was Vaayu's first visit to the pandal.

Ishita Dutta and husband Vatsal Sheth took their newborn son to his first Durga Puja celebration on Monday. Ishita shared a few pictures from their visit to the North Bombay Durga Puja and revealed what they prayed for.

Vaayu's first Durga Puja

Sharing Vaayu's pics from the pandal, Ishita wrote, "Vaayu’s first Durga Pujo, a sacred moment when we brought him to the pandal to seek Durga Maa’s blessings. As we stand before her divine presence, we pray for a lifetime filled with spirituality, love, and boundless grace. #SubhoNavami."

Ishita, who had worn silk sarees with an open pallu for her other visits to the pandal, chose a simple saree and tucked the pallu around her waist as she held Vaayu in her arms. The baby is seen in a white outfit, twinning with his dad in a printed white kurta.

Reacting to their pictures, a fan wrote, “Omg so so cute!” Another said, “Khoob bhalo (very nice).” One more commented, “ Praising Ishita's look, a fan wrote, "Looking so simple and elegant in this beautiful saree... Jitni simple utni hi khubsurt (the simpler you are, the better you look)." Wishing the little one, a fan wrote, “Happy First dugga pujo baccha.” A fan also asked, “When will we get to see Vaayu's face, Ishi Pie?”

Durga Puja celebrations

Ishita and Vatsal joined their other industry colleagues during the multiple-day Durga Puja celebrations. Sharing a picture from her visit to the pandal with Vatsal during the day, Ishita wrote, “Subho Maha Ashtami. Amidst the rhythms of the dhak and the fragrance of incense, we connect with the spiritual essence of Ashtami, where the divine and earthly unite. #ShuboAshtami.”

Earlier, they shared pictures with Kajol, Sharbani Mukherjee and Sumona Chakravarti whom they met at the pandal on their first visit this year.

Ishita was last seen in Drishyam 2 last year, before welcoming her baby boy. Vatsal was seen in a pivotal role in Adipurush. The couple welcomed Vaayu in July this year.
