Diesel was officially launched in the country, by its founder Renzo Rosso, who flew down from Italy especially for the event. The theme of the bash was fake, since most Diesel products sold around the world are fakes. Look-alikes of Sachin Tendulkar, Shah Rukh Khan and Amy Whinehouse and even Renzo walked the ramp. Guests indulged in fake kissing at the kissing booth, confessed their fake sins at the confession booth and went through the best fake art at a museum. Sania Mirza and Shoaib Malik made their first public appearance post their marriage. Ameesha Patel showed up with brother Ashmit.
