A steamy sex scene has leaked from the set of Eclipse, the third movie in the Twilight mega-franchise.

"It looks like the pair will finally lose out in the eternal struggle against their raging teenage libidos - as schoolgirl Bella rips off Ed's shirt and makes a lunge for his heart," reports News of the World.

The steamy scene sees Bella peeling down to her underwear but we'll have to wait until the film's July release to find out if there's a full moon, reports the website.

Pattinson, who also shot for sex scenes with Uma Thurman in new movie Bel Ami revealed that he found the scenes "disturbing" because her character uses sex as a "weapon".

Film fans may also see Pattinson get steamy with Christina Ricci and Kristin Scott Thomas, who also star in the movie.

Eclipse will hit cinemas in June this year.
