Smitten doctor recites nursery rhyme for Aishwarya

At the recently concluded World Kannada Sammelan, in Belgaum Karnataka, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was the star at the occasion. A doctor came onto the stage and recited a children’s nursery rhyme for her.

At the recently concluded World Kannada Sammelan, in Belgaum Karnataka, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was the star at the occasion. Dressed in a traditional maroon Kanjeevaram sari, Aishwarya caught a lot of eye-balls from an arena filled with politicians, cricketers, novelists and doctors alike. She addressed the audience in Kannada, her mother tongue and Hindi.

In the audience was one particular doctor was taken in with Aishwarya’s beauty. The London based doctor, came onto the stage and recited the children’s nursery rhyme ‘Pussycat pussycat,’ with a unique twist. “Pussycat pussycat where have you been? I’ve been to Belgaum to see the queen Aishwarya…”, he recited before opening his address. While the crowd burst into a loud applause, Aishwarya giggled.

The sammelan was also attended by Anil Kumble and N R Narayan Murthy
