Kareena Kapoor Khan’s gym routine is insane. She’s been working out for 10 hours a day
Soon after the birth of her son Taimur Ali Khan, actor Kareena Kapoor Khan has been hitting the gym to shed her pregnancy weight. Now, according to a recent report in Mid DAY, the 37-year-old actor is working out for 10 hours a day for the past one week. She’s currently filming Veere Di Wedding, in which she has two different looks. A special Pilates machines has also been set up in her hotel room in Delhi. She spends about an hour on it every day.
Even on her day off, Kareena sweats it out in the gym. A source from the film’s unit told Mid DAY, “There have been days when she has been on set for almost 14 hours and followed it up with a few hours of intense workout in the night.” She’s also on a strict high nutrition diet specially designed by her nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar.
The last time Kareena’s workout routine made headlines was when she achieved the much-talked-about ‘Size Zero’ for her role in Tashan (2008). She’d dropped to 46kg and introduced India to the term Size Zero.
Earlier in an interview in HT Brunch, Kareena had said, “I’m a little less nervous about the rest of my pregnancy as I am about getting back into shape. After all, I have the Size Zero tag to live up to…”
