All passengers are safe, revenue official SL Rangad said.
A Heritage Aviation helicopter with six people onboard, including Radia, made an emergency landing at Gopeshwar stadium due to bad weather on way to Badrinath, he said.
However, it took off for the Himalayan shrine as the weather improved after sometime, he said.
Radia, once known as an influential corporate lobbyist, had landed in controversy few years back following the leak of her alleged taped conversations with prominent politicians, businessmen and media persons.
