Four die as wall collapses in Muzaffarpur

Bodies were pulled out from the debris of the wall that had been used to set up a makeshift cycle-rickshaw shop.

Four persons were killed when a portion of wall collapsed in Muzaffarpur on Monday morning due to rain, police said.

Sources said the collapsed wall had been used to set up a makeshift cycle-rickshaw shop. Bodies of the deceased, Mohd. Mustafa, Nunu Sahni, Govind Paswan, and an unidentified person were later pulled out from the debris.

On Sunday, a woman identified as Halima and her five children, including four daughters and a son, were killed after their house in Biharsharif collapsed in rain.

Large parts of Bihar are witnessing heavy rains over the past five days.
