"The paintings are meant to be auctioned and the proceeds of the auction are to be utilised for the victims of the Kashmir earthquake," the HJS said in a release on Monday.
HJS has also filed a case in Mumbai and Thane Police Stations and has appealed to the President and the Prime Minister about the "anti-national and perverse mental attitude of great aritists", Ramesh Shinde, an HJS spokesperson, said.
The HJS is already holding protests in Maharashtra, Goa, Karanataka and Andhra Pradesh against Hussain's other such paintings.
