Sailing school admission from tomorrow

THE SPORTS and Youth Welfare Department will give admission in the National Sailing School from May 5. According to department sources, sailing school was to be inaugurated on May 5, but its inauguration was postponed due to sudden demise of BJP leader Pramod Mahajan. However, the department will provide forms from May 5.

“The forms will be available at the Water Sports Centre, Upper Lake from May 5,” said centre in-charge Jalaj Chaturvedi.

Interested children in the age group of 12 to 19 years may contact Water Sports Centre for entry forms at 7 am to 9 am and 5 pm to 7 pm. The admission will be given to the first 50 children.
