The Jamaican passed a fitness test conducted by Bryce Cavanagh, West Indies' strength and conditioning coordinator, after he injured his right knee in July during the Stanford 20/20 Tournament.

The test, which was done at the Antigua Recreation Ground, was observed by team coach Bennett King.

The 14-man West Indies squad will leave for Kuala Lumpur on September 8 for the warm-up tournament ahead of the ICC Champions Trophy in India, where the men from the Caribbean will defend their crown.
