Tevatia sent to 12 days’ judicial remand

Farmers' leader Manvir Singh Tevatia, accused of inciting violence during a protest against land acquisition in Bhatta-Parsaul, was sent to 12 days’ judicial remand on Saturday.

Farmers' leader Manvir Singh Tevatia, accused of inciting violence during a protest against land acquisition in Bhatta-Parsaul, was sent to 12 days’ judicial remand on Saturday.

Tevatia was produced before additional chief judicial magistrate Anil Kumar Yadav after the end of his remand period. He was arrested on July 9 from Delhi.
