This is the Sanjeev ‘Khana Khazana’ Kapoor’s signature restaurant, but the television chef is present only on the jackets of his book jackets splashed all over. It may seem like an instance of extreme ego massage, but the 98-seater restaurant, opened last year, doesn’t disappoint with its menu based on Kapoor’s recipes. Check out the Makhmali Jheenga, Khushk Machchi and Patiala Seekh. Vegetarians must have the Royal Hara Bhara Kebab and Kachori Chaat. The Lalla Mussa Dal, Kapoor’s take on the old-fashioned Dal Makhni, is a fast mover that you shouldn’t miss.
