Riding on a brilliant super over from Jasprit Bumrah, Mumbai Indians beat Gujarat Lions by five runs to retain their second spot in IPL 2017 standings. Earlier, Ishan Kishan’s 48-run knock helped GL to 153/9. In reply, Parthiv Patel’s half-century kept the visitors on track but they suffered a collapse and were bundled out for 153, despite being 104/2 in the 13th over.
