Rain brings winter chill to Delhi

Delhi woke up to a cold, wet Sunday as strong winds and rain lashed the Capital through the day. Maximum temperature dropped to 19°C, 8°C below normal, but the minimum was 3 °above normal at 15.2°C. Monday, too, is expected to be rainy and windy.
