Replace refined sugars with fruit pulps, dates, figs, honey and raisins. Try orange oats rabdi, coconut-dry fruit gujjiyas, apple pancakes, lauki halwa, gajar halwa, apple kheer, dates and nuts roll, anjeer roll, besan/ragi laddus.
