Civic body finds 7 plots to create 8,140 PAP homes

With housing units at Mahul ruled out after the Bombay high court (HC) order, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has identified seven public plots, admeasuring over 1 lakh square meters, to build 8,140 housing units for those affected by various infrastructure projects.

GMADA asks private builders to get plots registered in buyers’ names

There are around 100 private builders under Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) and most of them allot the plots or apartments on the basis of allotment letter under which the purchaser pays the transfer fee and does not get ownership.

Chandigarh The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Thursday attached 14 industrial plots allotted in Panchkula in 2012-13 during the reign of former chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda. The CBI is investigating the alleged irregularities in the allotment of these industrial plots of Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA).

Land agency to auction 366 plots in June
