Although schools and colleges in states like Haryana, Gujarat, and Bihar are set to reopen with the drop in coronavirus disease (Covid-19) cases, attendance will not be enforced on the students. The option of an online mode of study will continue for the time being.

Amid pandemic, uncertainty looms over EWS admissions in private schools in Delhi

The centralised admission process on these seats began on January 25, and the DoE declared the first list of selected candidates on February 29.

2 Hisar govt school teachers arrested for sexual harassing students

Two teachers of a government school here were arrested on Tuesday, while another one is absconding, for sexually harassing girl students. More than 20 girl students from Classes 5 to 10 complained to child protection and prohibition officer Sunita Yadav about the inappropriate behaviour of the teachers when she came to sensitise them on ‘good and bad touch’.

This school in Gaya charges waste, not fees from its students
