Lionel Messi shared a series of pictures with the World Cup trophy on Instagram. The post, since being shared, has gone crazy viral.
Lionel Messi-led Argentina won the prestigious FIFA World Cup trophy and etched their name in history by winning the title three times. Since their win, Messi has taken to Instagram to share incredible pictures of himself and his family with the trophy. Just like this recent share where he posted a series of pictures showing him spending time with the trophy.
He shared the pictures and wrote “Good Morning” in Spanish along with a grinning face with smiley eyes emoticon. One of the pictures shows him sleeping in his bed covered in a blanket. What makes the image amusing is how he is embracing the trophy while in bed. However, that is not the only photograph that he posted.

The post was shared less than half an hour ago. Since being posted, it has accumulated more than 2.6 million likes and the numbers are quickly increasing. The viral share has also received tons of comments from people.
“King of the world,” wrote an Instagram user. “You are the greatest player of all time,” shared another. “The new most liked post for sure,” commented a third. Many shared fire or heart emoticons to show their reactions.
Argentina won the FIFA World Cup 2022 after a thrilling match against France. The match took place on December 18 in Qatar’s Lusail Stadium. Previously, the team lifted the trophy in 1978 and 1986.
