Anti-ICE Protester Arrested After Fire Erupts Outside NYC Office

A man protesting against U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) was taken into custody after allegedly setting fire to the steps of a federal building in Lower Manhattan and igniting fireworks, authorities said. Officials identified the suspect as 43-year-old Andrew Arrabaca, a U.S. Army veteran from Harlem. Authorities said the man allegedly poured gasoline onto the steps of 26 Federal Plaza, which houses the ICE office as well as the FBI's New York field office, before setting it alight.
