‘Delhi has implemented all lockdown guidelines given by Centre’: Satyendar Jain

Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain said that Delhi has implemented all the lockdown guidelines issued by the Centre. He said that states do not have the power to give relaxations after the Centre issued a detailed notification.
