Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal lauded the newly amended Motor Vehicle Act. Speaking in the national capital, Kejriwal said the change in traffic can be seen in Delhi after the amended MVA was implemented. West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, on the other hand, had earlier said the rule will not be implemented in West Bengal. Terming it 'overwhelming', Banerjee said the amended MVA will be 'harsh' on the people.
