Watch: Indian Army Major develops bulletproof helmet to stop AK-47 fire

Indian Army's College of Military Engineering displayed its innovations at DefExpo 2020. Major Anoop Mishra revealed a helmet which can withstand fire from AK-47 assault rifles. Maj Mishra also displayed the 'world's cheapest gunshot locator'. Uttar Pradesh's Lucknow hosted the biennial DefExpo event. The event is aimed at boosting defence manufacturing in India. 542 Indian and 160 foreign exhibitors participated in the event.
