PM Modi slams Congress, calls it a ‘sinking boat’

While addressing a rally in Punjab's Jalandhar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday attacked the Congress saying that the party is a 'sinking boat'. He said that those out of power are behaving like fish out of water and also added that the party is 'history' and that will the people of Punjab choose this 'sinking boat'?
