Shivraj Chouhan takes responsibility for defeat, resigns from CM post

Shivraj Singh Chouhan took responsibility for the Bhartiya Janta Party's loss in Madhya Pradesh. He said that they wouldn't forward a proposal to form government since they failed to achieve majority. The outgoing Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh on Wednesday also said that he is going to meet the state Governor Anandiben Patel to submit his resignation.
