A Vadodara biker showed his creativity out of necessity. R Shah, who rides a Royal Enfield, pasted licence and vehicle documents on his helmet to avoid hefty challan. Of late, there has been a spate of heavy penalties imposed for traffic violations. The amended Motor Vehicles Act has come into force from September 1.
