1984 Sikh Riots case against Tytler re-opened

In a setback for Congress leader Jagdish Tytler, a Delhi court on Wednesday has ordered the reopening of the case against him in connection with the 1984 anti-Sikh riots. The CBI had earlier given a clean chit to Tytler in 2007 and in 2009 claiming there was no evidence against him.
