1998 Pokhran-II N-tests partially successful: Santhanam

K Santhanam, a senior Indian nuclear scientist who was associated with Atomic Energy Commission, admitted that the 1998 Pokhran II nuclear tests were not fully successful as they did not deliver the projected and expected results. He said this in New Delhi on Thursday.
