Advani-Atal era is over; no rethink on ties: Nitish

A day after Janata Dal (United) broke its 17-year-old alliance with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar on Monday blamed the BJP for the end of 17-year-old alliance. While defending JD (U)'s decision to end the alliance, Nitish said that the Atal-Advani era in the BJP is over and they cannot reconcile with the new leadership.
