ASI dies during farmers' protest in Tarn Taran

An assistant sub inspector died in Tarn Taran in Punjab on Wednesday morning during a farmers' protest. According to reports, the farmers were protesting against fuel price hike in Jiobala village. While the protestors claim that the he died of a heart attack while running away from them, there are also allegations that the protestors beat up the ASI.
